Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Bodhinox website and Bodhinox_chat application provided by Bodhinox. Bodhinox_chat provides Facebook Login and authorized WhatsApp and Instagram messaging features. Use only features made available to you and accounts you are entitled to access.

You must meet the applicable age requirements, have authority to act for any business you connect, and follow the terms and policies of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other connected services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the permissions you grant, and the security of your accounts. Do not share account credentials or use another person's account without authorization.

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others. Obtain any consent or other authorization required to contact recipients and honor applicable opt-out requests. Do not use the service for spam, deceptive or fraudulent messages, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to compromise an account or service.

You are responsible for the content you send and the instructions you give the service. Do not attempt to circumvent Meta's permissions, messaging restrictions or usage limits.

Connected features depend on the permissions you grant and on Meta's services, availability and policies. Access may change if permissions expire or are revoked, an account is restricted, or a platform changes its requirements. Bodhinox is an independent provider; use of Meta services does not mean Meta endorses Bodhinox_chat.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us to process that content only as needed to operate the requested features, support the service and comply with applicable law and the Privacy Policy. You must have the rights needed to provide and send that content.

Bodhinox branding, website materials and service software remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or of third-party project examples.

Our Privacy Policy at https://www.bodhinox.com/privacy-policy explains our data handling. You can revoke connected permissions through the relevant Meta settings and request deletion by following https://www.bodhinox.com/data-deletion. Revocation and deletion are separate actions. If data is held by a message recipient or by Meta independently, Bodhinox cannot delete that party's independent copy.

We may update features, perform maintenance, or restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements or platform restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every message. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and revoke permissions at any time; you retain the ability to request deletion.

Any paid website-development work, subscription, pricing, scope of work or other commercial commitment must be agreed separately. Portfolio descriptions and demonstrations do not by themselves form a project contract or guarantee a particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and service are provided as available without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for independent failures of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement before material changes apply. Contact udaykumar@bodhinox.com with questions.
