User Data Deletion Instructions

All Bodhinox_chat users can request deletion of their personal information, including information received through Facebook Login, WhatsApp messaging or Instagram messaging. You do not need to sign in to Bodhinox_chat to make a request.

1. Email udaykumar@bodhinox.com with the subject Bodhinox_chat — Data deletion request.
2. Tell us which service is involved: Facebook Login, WhatsApp or Instagram. Include the account email, username, or WhatsApp number associated with your use of the service, as applicable. If known, include your app-scoped user ID or connected business/account ID. You do not need to provide every identifier.
3. State whether you want all personal information held by Bodhinox_chat deleted or identify a particular account or conversation. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or identity documents in your initial email.
4. We will use only the information needed to identify the relevant records and verify your authority to request deletion. We may ask for limited clarification to avoid deleting another person's data.
5. We will handle a verified request promptly and in accordance with applicable law, and reply by email with the outcome. If we need to retain a limited record for a legal obligation or cannot verify the request, we will explain the reason and any further steps available. You can request a progress update by replying to the same email thread.

The request covers personal information held by Bodhinox_chat that relates to you, such as profile and account identifiers, connection records and tokens, message content, attachments and associated metadata, to the extent those records are held by us. If no matching data is held, we will tell you.

Deletion may prevent us from restoring the connected account, conversation history or related functionality. Copies held independently by recipients or Meta are outside our control; contact those parties for their own deletion options. Any legally required retention will be limited to its required purpose.

For Facebook Login, open Facebook's Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, locate Bodhinox_chat, and remove it. Depending on your connection, you may also need to review Facebook Business integrations or the connected Instagram or WhatsApp business settings.

Removing an app or revoking a permission is different from requesting deletion of information already stored. Send the email request above to request deletion from Bodhinox_chat. This request does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account.
