  • Persona-picker login — Super Admin (Central Command), Distributor (Stock Management), Incharge (Field Operations) — one screen, three destinations
  • Central analytics dashboard: books distributed, active volunteers, donation totals, and per-zone stock health at a glance
  • Live stock ledger shared in real time across every Distributor, with low-stock zones flagged automatically
  • Mobile-friendly field-log capture for Incharges, plus a self-service 'Register as Volunteer' flow
